  • Click "Tools"
  • Click "E-mail Accounts..."
  • Click "View or change existing e-mail accounts"
  • Click "Next"
  • Click "Add..."
  • Click "IMAP"
  • For "Your Name:", type the name you would like to appear on your outgoing emails
  • For "E-mail Address:", type your entire effortlessE E-Mail address, as chosen by you during initial setup
  • For "Incoming mail server (IMAP):", type "mail.effortlesse.com"
  • For "Outgoing mail server (SMTP):", type "mail.effortlesse.com"
  • For "User Name:", type your ENTIRE email address, as chosen by you during initial setup
  • For "Password:", type your password as chosen during initial setup
  • Make sure "Remember password" is checked
  • Click "More Settings..."
  • Click the "Outgoing Server" tab at the top of the dialog box
  • Click the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" box
  • Make sure "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" is checked
  • Click "Ok"
  • Click "Next"
  • Click "Finish"
  • Click "View"
  • Click "Folder List"
  • You will now see "mail.effortlesse.com" in your folder list. This is your newly created email account. Click on "Inbox"
  • Click "Tools"
  • Click "IMAP Folders..."
  • Click "Query"
  • Click "Public Folders - effortlesse.com/Non-Spam"
  • Click "Subscribe"
  • Click "Public Folders - effortlesse.com/Spam"
  • Click "Subscribe"
  • Click "Spam"
  • Click "Subscribe"
  • Click "Ok"
  • In the folder tree, underneath "mail.effortlesse.com", click the + sign to the left of "Public Folders - effortlesse.com" to reveal the "Spam" and Non-Spam" folders
