effortlessE's 2009 Support Hours

In order for our employees to enjoy time with their families during the holiday season, effortlessE Support will have limited live support hours for both the Christmas and New Year holidays. Dates and impact on service are below as well as how to get support during these times, please read carefully:

  • Dates: effortlessE live chat and phone support will be unavailable Thursday, December 24th 2009 - Friday, December 25th 2009 and Thursday, December 31st 2009 - Friday, January 1st 2010.
  • Impact: Live support via phone and live chat will not be available during this time, however Trouble Ticket based support will be available which can be accessed at the Tech Connect system here: https://www.effortlesse.com/clients/TechConnect/
  • System Downtime: No system downtime will be experienced.

As mentioned above, should you have any issues during this time please open up a Trouble Ticket at the Tech Connect link below as all tickets will be monitored through these limited holiday support hours. Also, should you have a system down emergency we do provide complimentary Priority Support which will be provided during this time. To access Priority Support, open a trouble Trouble Ticket at the Tech Connect link below and choose the "Prioritize Ticket" button at the bottom of the screen once you've opened the ticket, and follow the system down procedures listed there for complimentary Priority Support.
